英文科 Happy Hour「檸檬火山大爆發」英語科學實驗

今天，全體五年級的同學們跟著外籍英文老師一起進行充滿趣味的「檸檬火山大爆發」英語科學實驗！同學們對科學實驗的過程充滿好奇。活動過程中，外籍老師帶領學生掌握實驗步驟，鼓勵學生進行對照實驗，探討蘇打粉加入的多少，歸納出較佳的爆發效果。本次實驗採用實證研究法，用蘇打粉及檸檬汁進行實驗，酸性物質與蘇打粉混合後會有大量二氧化碳氣泡冒出，讓瓶中混合物的體積一瞬間變大而衝出瓶口，模擬火山爆發的效果。完成實驗後，外籍老師教導學生撰寫實驗報告，記錄實驗步驟，真是獲益良多！

Today, our entire Primary 5 cohort embarked on a bubbly, zest-filled journey of discovery! Under the guidance of our Native-speaking English Teacher (NET), students participated in the "Lemon Volcano Eruption," a hands-on English Science experiment that turned our classroom into a laboratory science of wonder. The learning didn't stop once the fizz settled. Following the experiment, the NET guided the students in writing formal lab reports. This allowed them to practice their English literacy skills by writing their experimental steps in detail. It was truly a rewarding day where English language learning and scientific inquiry collided in the best way possible!
